In 2022 the ADR of Marbella Hotelts was the highest in the country.

Rebruishments and repositioning of properties

The scarce supply of land in the front line favors the trend of
buying assets for refurbishment, revaluation, and subsequent
release to the market.

In addition to this, the recent increase of construction costs
has made this type of investments more attractive.

Vacation rental investment & development

Since the existence of online travel agents and vacation rental booking portals, the vacation rental market has taken a market share of 65% of the total occupancy of tourist accommodation in the Marbella area.

Given that the inventory is highly fragmented, we highly believe in the need for purpose built, branded and serviced, vacation rental resorts.

Hospitality Education

We expect an imbalance between the offering of skilled hospitality professionals and the high influx of tourism.

Despite the presence of a hotel management school, as well as, several culinary schools, there is certainly an opportunity/ need for more options in hospitality educaction.
